Volunteer Donations

Whether  you’re an individual donor, a CSR team, a social entrepreneur, an NGO or a university faculty, there are many ways you can get involved with The Tang School Project. You can either become a donor, which will aid our immediate phase of constructing the school, or you could plan long-term and contribute by subscribing and initiating a sustenance fund, which would keep the fire of ‘inclusive India’ burning. Keep in mind that Tang is a fantastic base for testing out community development programs, projects and affordable, low cost innovations. Access to such communities is rare. The Konyak community is being trained to take care of your logistics, accommodation and hospitality requirements.

CSR Teams & Social Innovators:
The Konyaks of Tang are the most economically challenged, isolated people in India. Tang is the most deserving place to begin low cost business models and low-cost innovations and create self-sustaining businesses and economic activity that would encourage locals to become entrepreneurs. Integrated community development programs that directly support education can also be set up.

University Faculty (and students):
For students, there will be unlimited opportunities for summer learning or study abroad programs where can you experience the essence of Tang village with your faculty. For volunteers, you can visit Tang to set up or support medical camps, women empowerment programs and various other community upliftment initiatives.

NGOs:
For non-profit organisations who work towards inclusivity of neglected communities, Tang is a good platform to address social divisions and work towards social and economic inclusivity by solving the issues of health, education, economy and ecology.

Individuals corporates and international organisations such as Round Tables can adopt this project and financially support the first phase that will take place between October 2016 and April 2017. We are looking at numerous options to stabilise our first phase but your contributions would greatly add to that.
